On the evening of Saturday 3rd September, the Langston community was filled with joy and excitement as people from all over the country gathered to support a local foundation. The event was a fundraiser that aimed to raise valuable funds and awareness for the foundation, and it was an absolute success.

The event was hosted by Al, Jane, George & Ellie, and they did a fantastic job. The party-goers were treated to a delicious hog roast, which was cooked to perfection. The food was a hit and was served with drinks, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. People danced, ate, drank and enjoyed the festivities.

Although the event was all about having fun, the purpose of the fundraiser was not forgotten. Everyone who attended the event bought raffle tickets and participated in the auction to raise funds for the foundation. The bidding was intense, and the prizes were exceptional. The generosity of those who donated prizes and auction lots was overwhelming.

The evening was a huge success, and it was all thanks to the efforts of the organizers and the generosity of those who attended. The event managed to raise an impressive £2108.00 for the foundation, which was a fantastic effort.
